We’re confident you’ll love your results, but we understand every skin journey is different. That’s why we offer a 30-day risk-free refund on your first LED mask purchase. If you don’t notice visible improvements after consistent use, we’re here to help.

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

1. minimum usage

Use the LED Mask at least 3 times per week for 4 consecutive weeks (12 sessions minimum).
We ask for this because consistent use is essential for results. Skipping days or not using the mask regularly may limit effectiveness, and we want to ensure you’ve had a fair chance to experience the full benefits.

2. before & after photos

To help us understand your results, we require:

  • A “Before” photo taken prior to starting LED mask use.
  • An “After” photo taken at the end of the 4-week period.
  • Both photos must be clear, unfiltered, and taken in the same lighting and angle for an accurate comparison.

These images are crucial for evaluating your experience and processing your refund fairly.

3. request within 30 days

Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order (based on tracking confirmation).
This ensures that your usage and review of the product happen within the intended trial period.

4. proof of purchase

Please provide a valid order number or receipt from your purchase.
This helps us verify that your order is eligible and was purchased directly from us.

5. product & packaging condition

All returned items must meet the following:

  • Clean and well-maintained (free from stains, damage, or misuse)
  • Returned with the original box in good condition
  • All components included: mask, controller, charger, cords, protective pouches, and instruction manual

We inspect all returns to ensure they meet our quality standards. Incomplete or damaged returns may be declined.

6. return shipping

Unsuitable Results:
If you’re requesting a refund under our 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee and the product is not faulty, return postage is your responsibility. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely, as we can’t take responsibility for lost parcels.

Faulty or Defective Items:
If you believe your LED Mask is faulty, please reach out to us first at sales@brightskinbeauty.com.au.
We’ll guide you through a quick troubleshooting process to confirm the issue.
If the fault is confirmed and the product is deemed defective, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping or provide a prepaid return label.

After we review and approve your request (including verifying your usage, photos, and return eligibility), we’ll email you with simple return instructions. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
